Caretaker
The caretaker is in charge of a
commercial or private property. He is in charge of
security and the one to call on when there is a
repair or maintenance work to be done on the
property. The caretaker must have a good reputation
and well experience in performing the task.
Applicants are interviewed personally in the office
and have checkable references. Guidelines would be
offered by the agency for any particular applicant.
Salary would start from £18,000
per annum or £10 per hour depending on qualification
and experience.
